Worth Checking before you order!

Before you buy a large item of furniture it is always worth checking that the item in question is going to fit into the area you wish to put it and that there is suitable access to the area including checking doorways and corridors.

When you buy

You will be provided with a copy of your confirmation order -please take a moment to check this before leaving the store.

To change or cancel your order

If you need to amend or cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours. If you have ordered a stock item then we may be able to accept cancellations or amendments to the order. However, a lot of our orders are specially ordered and once production is underway then we are obliged to pay for and receive the order from our manufacturer. Therefore any cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.

How long will my order take to arrive?

When you order your product with our sales team they will give you an estimated timescale as to when you can expect the order to be delivered to us. As these dates are not totally within our control we cannot 100% guarantee these time frames, but if there is going to be a delay we will notify you as soon as we are informed.

We will contact you as soon as your item is delivered to us and we will arrange a delivery time with you at this point or if you prefer you can collect the order.

Delivery Service

Prior to delivery we will endeavour to check your goods. However if items arrive to us well packed and protected we will not open them prior to delivery in order to ensure continued protection.

We can deliver any day except Wednesday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Deliveries are scheduled for a morning or an afternoon. Morning deliveries are between 9.00 and 12.30 and afternoon deliveries between 12.30 and 5.30.

We cannot give specific times but we will do our best to accommodate any special requests such as before or after a certain time.

Taking away the old items

We can take away old beds and furniture if this has been pre-arranged and is included on the order form, a small charge is made for this service.

Assembly costs

If your order needs to be assembled this will be discussed and any orders which we have agreed to assemble will be noted on your order form. There is a charge applicable for this service.

Storage

If you are able to accept delivery of your chosen item we can store this for you for a short period of time. Storage for longer than 6 weeks will be chargeable. If you need this facility let us know and we can give you the costs for this.

Payment

You will be asked to pay a deposit on ordering your product. Some Customers prefer to pay in full at this time and that is fine. If there is a balance to pay you will be asked to settle this before delivery. This can be done over the phone by debit or credit card or if you prefer you may call into the store to pay in person.

Out of area deliveries

Most of our deliveries are charged at the local rate. Should you require us to deliver out of the local area there may be an additional charge for this. We are happy to quote for you prior to delivery.

Whilst our delivery team are always careful when delivering items we would ask that you move any valuable or delicate objects for their protection.

Complaints

Refunds & Returns

We will refund in full on any faulty items and arrange collection if a customer is not satisfied.
