"I came into your shop at Wickford to see about a mattress, I was served by a salesman who knew his product very well and within a very little time I was pointed to the very item I wanted and made a purchase, with an agreed delivery date for Friday.

On Friday the single track where I live was closed because of a burst water main. Did this put off your delivery team ? Not a chance – they carried the mattress over 300 yards to make sure that delivery was made. This was without a doubt service of the highest quality and I would ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to all concerned. 

From start to finish it was a pleasure to shop at Suttons and I look forward to doing so again.
